Sounds of a Chain Parade
Everyday, these sounds do mock me,
Sounds of a Chain Parade -Â
As I do walk among the ghouls
Feet dragging with the weight -Â
And everyday, I must endure
The silence in my soul -Â
Though heart and mind do scream at me -Â
To hell with all control!
Everyday, I am forced to fight,
A murderous crusade -Â
Against those who try to chain me
To bloody cavalcades -Â
Everyday, the sound of marching
Does leave me in a daze -Â
For who am I to stop the march,
Of ghouls in masquerade?
The endless night and endless day
Bear witness to the truth -Â
That I will hear until I die,
Sounds of a Chain Parade.
